The order form now includes a second page for the

Windbreaker Jacket and the Polo (Golf) Shirt, both items have the

Hancock Logo. 

The Hancock logo on these items includes a clearly defined carrier in silver embroidery.  The carrier on the front left of the chest is 3" wide and 1" tall.  All other embroidery is GOLD on NAVY BLUE or NAVY BLUE ON WHITE.  The jacket is lined and has pockets.

NOTE:  THE JACKETS AND POLO SHIRTS ARE SPECIAL ORDER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
